Manual based therapy treatment utilizing physical therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, cupping, active release, scraping, joint mobilizations, and muscle energy techniques to get you feeling great! Book a session prior to competition to get those final tweaks/tune ups checked off your list or post-activity to expedite recovery. This is so much more than a standard sports massage!
